抗栓再造丸配合功能锻炼对中风后遗症患者日常生活能力和生活质量的影响

Influence of Kang Shuan Zai Zao Pill Combined with Functional Exercise on Daily Living Ability and Quality of Life of the Patients with Apoplectic Sequela

目的:观察抗栓再造丸配合功能锻炼对中风后遗症患者的日常生活能力和生活质量的影响。方法:将136例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各68例。对照组接受中风后遗症的常规治疗,观察组同时予以抗栓再造丸配合功能锻炼。结果:BI指数及QOL评分治疗后2组均上升(P<0.05),观察组上升程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组为95.59%,对照组为79.41%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。复发率观察组为4.41%,对照组为14.71%,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论:抗栓再造丸配合功能锻炼治疗中风后遗症疗效显著,复发率低,能够显著提高患者的日常生活能力,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective： To observe the influence ofKangShuan ZaiZao pill combined with functional exercise on daily living ability and quality of life （QOL） of the patients with apoplectic sequela. Methods： All 136 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine treatment of apoplectic sequela, the observation group KangShuan ZaiZao pill combined with fimctional exercise. Results： BI indexes and QOL scales rose after treating in both groups（P〈0.05）, the observation group was higher than the control group in the rise （P〈0.05）. Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.59%, higher than 79.41% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Recurrence rate of the observation group was 4.41%, lower than 14.71% of the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no obvious side-effects in both groups. Conclusion： KangShuan ZaiZao pill combined with functional exercise are effective in treating the patients with apoplectic sequela with low recurrence rate, the therapy could significantly imorove daily living ability and OOL of the patients.
