摘要
目的:探讨社区家庭访视对居家老年人生活质量的影响。方法:将112名60岁以上的社区居家老年人按照居住街道分为干预组(57例)和对照组(55例)。干预组接受每2周1次的定期家庭访视,主要从老年病管理、心理指导、日常生活护理指导、居家安全宣教4个方面进行干预;对照组接受常规社区卫生服务。采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)比较2组干预前、干预后3个月生活质量。结果:干预后在物质生活、躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能4个维度及生活质量总体评价等观察指标干预组较对照组同期水平显著改善(P<0.05),并较干预前显著改善(P<0.05)。对照组各项指标在干预前后无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:社区家庭访视能有效改善社区居家老年人的生活质量。
Objective： To explore the influence of community home visit on quality of life （QOL） of the elderly. Methods： All 112 senior citizens aged more than 60 years old were allocated to the intervention group （57 cases） and the control group （55 cases） according to the residence streets. The intervention group received regular home visit, once each two week, intervened fi＇om four aspects including geriatric management, psychological guidance, guidance of daily life care, propaganda and education of home safety; the control group accepted conventional community health care. QOL of both groups were compared between before intervention, in three months after intervention by generic quality of life inventory 74 （GQOLI-74）. Results： After the intervention, the intervention group was improved more significantly compared with the control group at the same time in material life, physical health, psychological health, social functions and total assessment of QOL （P〈0.05）, and it was improved more notably compared with before intervention （P〈0.05）. The comparison between before and after the intervention showed no obvious changes in the indexes of the control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Community home visit could effectively improve QOL of the elderly.
