农村饮用水水源保护是保障农村饮水安全的源头和关键。在大量调研资料的基础上,分析现阶段农村饮用水水源保护现状和存在问题,提出水源保护管理的目标,并从制度、能力、资金和管理4个方面对我国农村饮用水水源保护提出对策建议。

Protection of drinking water sources is crucial for securing safety of water in rural areas. Based on a great deal of investigation data, the current situation and problems with drinking water sources in rural areas are evaluated. Recommendations are made in four respects of system, capacity, funds and management so as to protect drinking water sources in rural areas of China and objectives of water source protection and management are clarified.
