摘要
设计以电镀Ni光纤布喇格光栅(FBG)和裸FBG为FBG智能悬臂梁结构的传感器,采用FBGA解调模块构建温度解调系统,通过实时监测FBG智能悬臂梁结构中心波长的温度响应,研究了FBG智能悬臂梁结构的温度传感特性。
The paper designs a sensor which uses the nickel-coated FBG and the bare FBG as FBG smart can- tilever beam, FBGA demodulation module is used to construct temperature demodulation system, through re- al-time monitoring the temperature response to the center wavelengthes of FBG smart cantilever beam struc- ture, investigates the temperature characteristic of FBG smart cantilever beam structure.
