黄芪多糖对蛋鸡生产性能、生殖激素及血液生理生化指标的影响 被引量:47

The Effects of Astragalus Polysaccharide on Production Performance,Reproductive Hormones and Blood Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Laying Hens

摘要 旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平黄芪多糖(APS)对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、生殖激素和血液生理生化指标的影响。随机选取27周龄健康、体质量相近、产蛋率相近的产蛋后期海兰褐壳蛋鸡360只,随机分为3个处理,每处理6个重复,每个重复20只。处理Ⅲ组为对照组,饲喂玉米—豆粕型基础饲粮,处理Ⅰ、Ⅱ组为试验组,分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加200和100 mg/kg黄芪多糖的试验饲粮,预试期1周,试验期49 d。添加黄芪多糖可显著提高产蛋率,降低料重比,提高生产性能。黄芪多糖组显著或极显著地(P<0.05或P<0.01)提高了FSH、LH、E_2、IGF-Ⅰ、T_4、Pt含量;多糖高剂量组血清TG、AST、ALT显著或极显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);GLU、HDL、ALP、Ca^(2+)和P含量显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。试验结果表明,黄芪多糖可提高产蛋后期母鸡的生殖激素水平,有利于改善产蛋后期母鸡的卵巢功能,促进卵泡发育与排卵,提高其产蛋性能;并具有一定的降血脂的作用。 The trial has been designed to observe the effect of diet supplemented with different levels of astraga- lus polysaccharide (APS) on the production performance, reproductive hormones and blood physiological & biochem- ical indexes of laying hens. The laying hens were randomly divided into 3 groups, with 6 replications/group and 20 hens / replication. The control group (treatment group III) was fed with basal diets, and the testing groups (treat- ment group I and II) were fed with basic diets adding APS of 200 and 100 mg/kg respectively. The pretest period was 7 days and experimental period was 49 days. The main results showed that APS could significantly increase the egg production rate and lower feed conversion ratio to improve production performance. FSH, LH, E2, IGF - I , T4, Pt contents in APS groups were significantly or very significantly (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) increased; while for Serum TG, AST, ALT of high - dose APS group, significantly or very significantly lower than the control ( P 〈 O. 05 or P 〈0.01 ) ; GLU, HDL, ALP, Ca2+ and P content were significantly or very significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ). There was no effect on LDL. To summarize, APS improved reproductive hor- mones of the laying hens, which promoted beneficial laying hens in late period to improve ovarian function; further promoted follicular development and ovulation as well as increased their egg production performance. APS has certain efficacy of reducing serum lipid.
