摘要
目的:研究特发性面神经麻痹患者翳风穴及非穴对照点红外热像图改变。方法:采用高性能非致冷焦平面红外热像仪M7800 Thermal Imager(Luma Sense美国)检测了80名特发性面神经麻痹患者与75名正常人翳风穴及非穴对照点体表温度,并用分析软件处理相关温度数值,将结果进行统计学分析。结果:正常人左右翳风穴及非穴对照点体表皮肤温度分布基本对称;而特发性面神经炎患者左右翳风穴体表温度分布呈高度不对称,且其失衡性与正常人比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);但非穴对照点却不存在上述现象。结论:特发性面神经炎患者翳风穴红外热像图存在改变,而非穴对照点却不存在上述现象,从红外角度提示了经穴诊断学说具有一定的科学性。
Objective:To compare the differences of the temperature distribution feature in the patients of idiopathic facial palsy between Yifeng (SJ17) and the control point by infrared thermography. Methods:A high -sensitive infrared thermography was used to detect the differences of temperature distribution feature of Yifeng (SJ17) and the control point between the 80 patients of idiopathic facial palsy and 75 normal people. The image was dealt with analytical software and statistical analysis was applied to the data. Result : The skin temperature distribution of Yifeng ( SJ17 ) and the control point in normal people were basically symmetric. However, it was highly unsymmeric in idiopathic facial palsy patients. The difference was significant between the two groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). But this difference only occurred in Yifeng ( SJ17 ) while not in the control point. Conclusion:It is revealed that acupoint diagnostics has certain scientificalness from the view- point of infrared thermography.
