摘要
目的:通过丹红注射液大鼠尾静脉注射给药后血浆、脑、肝脏HPLC指纹图谱的研究,建立准确、简单的体内定性分析方法,为丹红注射液在血、脑、肝脏的分布代谢研究奠定基础,对阐明药效物质基础提供依据。方法:采用清醒动物自动采样系统实时动态采集血浆,定时取脑和肝脏。建立丹红注射液及其含药血浆和脑、肝脏HPLC指纹图谱。结果:7批丹红注射液指纹图谱相似度均大于0.980,7批血浆、脑、肝脏组织样品的特征图谱的相似度均在0.86以上,结论:说明特征指纹图谱相对稳定、准确,可以用于体内成分的定性分析。
Objective:By the study of HPLC fingerprint in plasma, brain and liver after tail intravenous injection of Danhong injection to establish an accurate and simple qualitative analytic method in vivo,in order to lay a foundation for studying the distribution and metabolism of Danhong injection in blood ,brain and liver and provide the according for phar- macodynamic material basis. Methods : Acquiring plasma in real - time dynamic progress by awake animal automatic sam- piing system and taking out brain and liver in time - lapse. To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Danhong injection and drug - containing plasma, brain and liver. Results : The similarity of seven batches of Danhong injection fingerprints was greater than 0.980 and the similarity of seven batches of plasma, brain and liver tissue samples characteristic fingerprint was above 0.86. Conclusion : The characteristic fingerprints were stable and accurate and they can be used in qualitative analysis on components in vivo.
