菊苣的药理药效研究进展

目的:通过文献梳理,阐明其国内外研究进展,发现不足,为以后深入的研究奠定理论基础。方法:对近年来菊苣药理药效方面的研究的文献进行筛选、梳理和整合,分析研究的进展与不足。结果:菊苣药理药效方面的研究主要集中于菊苣治疗代谢性疾病的研究,还涉及其对钙吸收、肠道菌群等方面的影响,研究的涉及范围较广,但不够专。结论:菊苣在治疗代谢性疾病、调节肠道菌群等方面具有很好的效果,但其作用机制有待于进一步探讨。

Objective：Through literature review, we wanted to clarify its research progress and find out insufficiency to lay the theoretical foundation for future in - depth research. Methods ： By sorting out and integrating and screening the lit- erature of chicory pharmacology in recent years,it analyzed the progress and shortcomings of the study. Results ： The study pharmacology aspects of chicory focused on the study of metabolic disease chicory treatment, but it also affected calcium absorption, intestinal flora, etc. All the researches involved a wide range of research, but not enough professionals. Conclu- sion ： Chicory has a good effect in the treatment of metabolic diseases and regulation of intestinal flora. But its mechanism of action remains to be further explored.
