中药满山红有效成分杜鹃素在大鼠体内的排泄动力学研究

摘要 目的:研究中药满山红有效成分杜鹃素在大鼠体内的排泄动力学特征。方法:杜鹃素单剂量灌胃给予大鼠后,采用HPLC测定给药后不同时间段大鼠排泄的尿液、粪便样品中杜鹃素含量,绘制其累积排泄速率时间曲线,阐明杜鹃素在大鼠体内的排泄特征。结果:杜鹃素经原型药的排出量为10%左右,48 h内由尿中排泄的累积排泄率为2.87%;由粪便中排泄的累积排泄率为7.32%。结论:灌胃给药后,少部分杜鹃素以原型药通过粪便和尿液排泄,大部分杜鹃素在大鼠体内转化为其他形式,该研究为阐明杜鹃素体内代谢过程提供一定依据。 Objective : To study the In Vivo excretion kinetic characteristics on the effective ingredient farrerol of rhododen- dron dauricum in rats. Methods :The urine and feces concentration of farrerol in rats after single -dose administration by gavage was determined by HPLC. The excretion characteristics of farrerol in rats were investigated through drawing the urine and fecal cumulative excretion rate - time curves. Results : The prototype drug excretion of farrerol was about 10%. The urine cumulative excretion rate was 2.87% within 48 h and the feces cumulative excretion rate was 7.32% within 48 h. Conclusion:A small part of farrerol excreted through the feces and urine by prototype drug and most part of farrerol converted into other forms after oral administration in rats. The study provides some basis to clarify farrerol metabolic processes in the body.
