脑卒中后肌痉挛的治疗进展

Advances in the Treatment of Muscle Spasm after Stroke

目的:通过探讨脑梗死后肌痉挛的治疗进展,以期总结合理的综合康复优化治疗方案。方法:查阅相关文献,从临床医学、康复医学、中医药及民族医药及其他这4个方面对肌痉挛的治疗概况进行说明,并总结现阶段已进行的肌痉挛的综合康复研究。结论:肌痉挛的治疗在脑卒中后得到广泛的关注和治疗研究,西药、康复训练、中医中药民族医药、针灸等治疗都发挥了很大的作用,但是关于肌痉挛的综合康复治疗的优化方案仍未能制定、推广并实施,还需要临床的进一步研究。

Objective： By discussing the treatment progress of spasticity after cerebral infarction, we aim at summari- zing a reasonable and comprehensive rehabilitation optimal treatment plan. Methods ： Referring to the related literature, we illustrated the treatment status for muscle cramps in four aspects including clinical medicine, rehabilitation medicine, tra- ditional Chinese medicine and the folk medicine and the other,and the generalsituation of the treatment has been tested in comprehensive rehabilitation research of spasticity. Conclusion： The treatments of muscle spasticity after strok~ have been widespreadly concerned and thoroughly researched. And they play a large role such as western medcine, rehabilita- tion training,TCM therapy and the folk medcine, acupuncture. While the optimized plan for the comprehensive rehabilita- tion therapy on muscle spasm failed to be determined, promoted and implemented,it still needs further clinical study.
