热敏灸和针刺治疗肩背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征临床疗效对比观察

The Clinical Efficacy of Heat-sensitive Point Moxibustion and Acupuncture in the Treatment of Humeral Back Myofascial Pain Syndrome

目的:观察、比较热敏灸和针刺治疗肩背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPS)的临床疗效。方法:90例患者随机分为热敏灸组与对照组,每组各45例。热敏灸组采用艾条灸肌筋膜疼痛触发点产生热敏效应治疗,对照组采用针刺结合电磁波照射治疗,2个疗程后对比疗效。治疗1疗程和2疗程后,应用Mc Gill简化量表和计算VAS加权值的方法观察比较两组治疗对肩背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征的影响。治疗完成2个月后,随访了解其复发率。结果:两组患者在治疗1疗程后和2疗程后,Mc Gill简化量表评分显著下降(P<0.05);计算VAS加权值热敏灸组痊愈率55.6%,高于对照组40.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。热敏灸组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸法和针刺法均是治疗肩背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征的有效方法,热敏灸法治疗肩背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征短期内治愈和远期疗效均优于针刺法。

Objective：To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of the heat - sensitive point moxibustion and acu- puncture in the treatment of humeral back myofascial pain syndrome （MPS）. Methods ：90 patients were randomly divided into heat - sensitive point moxibustion group and control group ,d5 cases in each group. Heat - sensitive point moxibustion group used the moxa - stick moxibustion myofascial trigger point pain to produce effects of heat - sensitive treatment and the control group was treated with acupuncture combined with electromagnetic radiation, comparing curative effect after the two course. After treatment course 1 and 2, the McGi11 simplify scale and VAS weighted value method were used to calcu- late and compare two groups humeral back myofascial pain syndrome. Two months after treatment, follow - up to under- stand recurrence rate. Results ： Two groups after the treatment course 1 and 2 , McGill simplified rating scale decreased sig- nificantly （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Calculation of VAS weighted value cure rate in heat - sensitive point moxibustion group was 55.6%, higher than the control group 40.0%. The two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Recurrence in heat - sensitive moxibustion group was obviously lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Both heat - sen- sitive point moxibustion and acupuncture treatment of humeral back myofascial pain syndrome is effective. The heat - sen- sitive point moxibustion in the treatment of humeral back myofascial pain syndrome in the short and long term curative effect is superior to acupuncture method.
