摘要
聚合物整体柱是一种新型的色谱分离固定相,由单体、交联剂、致孔剂和引发剂在色谱柱管内原位聚合而成,具有快速分析、高效分离和制备简单等优点,近年来在生物样品分析领域受到越来越多的重视。从整体柱的分类及其在生物样品分析中的应用角度,综述了阳离子交换整体柱、阴离子交换整体柱、纳米材料修饰整体柱和分子印迹整体柱等多种聚合物整体柱类型的最新进展,并着重介绍了聚合物整体柱在中药分析领域的应用及前景。
Monolithic columns have rapidly developed during recent years and nowadays hold an important position in separation sciences. Monoliths were functionally distinct from porous particle - based media in their reliance on convective mass transport. This made resolution and capacity independent of flow rate. These materials were prepared by using in - suit polymerization with a pre -polymer mixture consisting of monomers, cross -linker,porosigen and initiator. In this re- view, the applications of polymer - based monolithic columns were summarized for the separation, purification and analysis of biological samples in the different chromatography formats, including anion - exchange, cation - exchange and other liq- uid chromatography modes. Finally,particular attention was devoted to the application of these monoliths to the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine.
