我国对外开放型城市公共图书馆体系建设问题研究

A Study of Public Library System Construction in Export-Oriented Cities in China

对外开放型城市公共图书馆是我国图书馆建设发展最迅速的群体之一。本文通过对欧美国家城市图书馆体系共性特征的阐述,从体系建设、服务半径、资源配置、国际视野等方面入手,指出了我们自身存在的问题,重点论述了国外经验对我国对外开放型城市公共图书馆体系建设的几点启示。

Export-oriented city public libraries are among the ones whose construction develops most rapidly in China. By describing the common characteristics of urban library systems in Europe and the United States, and starting from the system construction, service radius, the allocation of resources, and international views, this paper raises the problems in the construction, and analyses the enlightenment of the foreign experience to the construction of export-oriented city public library systems in China.
