公共图书馆与社会合作实证研究

Empirical Research on Cooperation of Public Library and Society

社会合作能提升公共图书馆的服务效率和质量。社会合作类型多样,内容上主要有资源合作、服务合作和管理合作三方面。公共图书馆在业务实践中,已经有了大量的社会合作案例,如国内的东莞图书馆漫画馆项目、深圳图书馆的24小时城市街区自助图书馆项目、新加坡邮局共建图书物流系统等。本文总结了公共图书馆社会合作的具体做法和作用,并提出若干建设性建议。

Social cooperation improves service efficiency and quality of public library. Social cooperation has many types and it contains resource cooperation, service cooperation and management cooperation. Public libraries have a lot of social cooperation practices, such as Comic Library Project of Dongguan Library, 24-hour Self-service Library System Project of Shenzhen Library, and Post Build Books Logistics System in Singapore. The paper also summarizes the concrete methods and effects of social cooperation of public library, and makes several constructive suggestions.
