摘要
"2011计划"的实施,为高校科技查新工作的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。促进协同创新正成为高校查新工作发展趋势与必然使命。本文从分析高校科技查新机构参与协同创新的必要性入手,针对查新工作的发展现状,构建了高校查新工作协同创新体系,分析了其运行机制,并指出实现的发展路径。
The implement of ＂2011 Plan＂ brings new opportunities and challenges to the development of sci-tech novelty search of university. To promote collaborative innovation is becoming the trend and inevitable mission of the development of sci-tech novelty search of university. The article starts with the analysis of the necessity of sci-tech novelty search institution of university involved in collaborative innovation, focuses on the current state of the development of sci-tech novelty search, builds the collaborative innovation system of sci-tech novelty search of university and analyzes the operating mechanism of the system, then points out the realized development paths.
