面向农民工群体的公共图书馆服务研究——以哈尔滨市农民工为例

Research on the Public Library Service for Migrant Workers——Taking the Migrant Workers in Harbin as the Example

本文对农民工群体的信息需求以及这一群体对公共图书馆利用情况进行了调研。结合调查结果,针对农民工群体的实际需求,指出了阻碍农民工利用公共图书馆的主客因素,并提出应对策略,以完善面向农民工群体的公共图书馆服务体系。

This paper investigates the information needs of migrant workers and the utilization of public library. Combined with the results of the investigation and according to the actual needs of migrant workers, this paper puts forward factors of preventing migrant workers using public library and corresponding countermeasures, in order to optimize the public library service system for migrant workers.
