摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法快速测定辣椒制品中辣椒素、二氢辣椒素的方法。色谱条件:色谱柱Xbridge^TM C18(5μm,4.6×250 mm)。流动相甲醇∶水(V/V)为80∶20,流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长280 nm,柱温30℃。峰面积与样品呈良好的线性关系,方法检出限:辣椒素、二氢辣椒素分别为7.4,9.1μg;线性范围0.02~0.1 mg;加标回收率91.54%~95.94%。该法能有效地检测红辣椒中辣椒素的含量,方法简便、准确。
The HPLC method for detection of capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin is established.The analysis column is XbridgeTM C18 (5 μm,4.6 × 250 mm),the mobile phase is methanol/water of 80∶20,the flow is 0.8 mL/min,the detection wavelength is 280 nm,and the column temperature is 30 ℃.The linear relationship of peak area and sample is better,the detection limit of capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin is 7.4,9.1 μg respectively,the linear range is 0.02~0.1 mg,the recoveries are 91.54%~ 95.94%.This method is simple,rapid and sensitive for determining capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in red pepper.
