摘要
前摆臂和副车架作为底盘系统的重要零/部件,其受力状况相对复杂,对其进行强度的校核工作至关重要。以某乘用车的前摆臂和副车架为研究对象,在不影响其结构的基本力学特征的情况下对其进行必要的简化处理,建立其有限元模型,利用Hyper Works软件进行强度分析。由副车架的强度分析结果可知,原结构中的薄弱位置主要集中于副车架上板左右两端,故从结构优化的角度考虑,采取在薄弱位置添加加强板的优化方案,对该薄弱位置进行优化和改进。对优化后的结构再次进行分析计算,结果表明对副车架上板左右两端位置优化改进后满足副车架的强度要求。
The front swing arm and the sub-frame, as the important part of chassis system, is with complicated loading condition. For this, it is seriously important to verify the strength and fatigue quality of suspension cross member. Takes a passenger car front swing arm and sub-frame as the research object, simplify the processing necessary to carry it without affecting the basic mechani- cal characteristics of the structure of the case, and built the finite element models, used the HyperWorks software for strength a- nalysis. Finally, through comprehensive analysis of structural strength of the sub-frame structure calculation results, obtained the weak structure of the original design scheme mainly focus on the sub frame plate at the left and right ends, therefore, from the an- gle of structure add a reinforcing plate, optimized and improved the weak position. On the design of structure optimization again after the analysis, results show the sub-frame on the left and the right ends of the improved plate location optimization meet the strength requirements of side frame.
