摘要
使用正交法对7075铝合金磷酸盐体系的微弧氧化电解液进行优化,并使用SEM、EDS、XRD等手段对氧化膜进行表征。结果表明,随着Na3PO4浓度增大,氧化膜厚度递增;当Na3PO4浓度为12 g/L时,显微硬度达到最大值583 HV0.1;由正交试验分析结果,Na3PO4对氧化膜厚度与显微硬度的影响均是最大的;氧化膜主要成分为γ-Al2O3,并含有少量的α-Al2O3和非晶态物质。
Orthogonal experiment is used to optimize phosphate electrolyte of 7075 Al alloy micro-arc oxidation. SEM, EDS and XRD are used to analyze the coating. The results show that the coating thickness increases with the,increase of Na3 PO4 concentration. The microhardness reaches its maximum value HVo. 1583 when Na3PO4 is 12g/L. As orthogonal experiment results indicate, Na3 PO4concentration has the greatest effect on coating thickness and micro-hardness. The main phase composition is γ-Al2 O3. A small amount of α-Al2 O3 and amorphous phases also appear in the coating.
