高职院校成人教育开展校企合作分析

The Analysis on School-Enterprise Cooperation in Adult Education and Vocational Colleges

高职院校成人教育在与企业开展合作举办成人教育方面,主要有成人学历教育和非学历教育两种形式,存在着整体比例偏低、偏重学历教育、合作渠道偏窄、师资力量薄弱、缺乏制度保障等问题,尚未发挥出自身优势,需要扬弃现有模式,紧抓当地经济社会发展对人才培养的要求,探索符合高职院校成人教育特点的校企合作模式。

There are two kinds of adult education in the school-enterprise cooperation in the vocational colleges,which are academic and non-academic. There also exist many problems,such as low overall proportion,emphasis on academic education,narrow cooperation channel,relatively weak team and lack of institutional security and other issues. These drawbacks restricted the cooperation of schools and enterprises to play out their strengths. We needs to abandon the existing model,according to the requirements of local economic and social development,and exploring the school-enterprise cooperation model in line with the characteristics of adult education in higher vocational colleges.
