摘要
DPN的发生发展是复杂的、多种致病因素共同作用的结果,氧化应激(OS)和炎症在其中发挥重要作用。血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)及其降解产物具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗凋亡、促血管生成等多种功效,可作为DPN防治研究的新靶点。
The pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is the result of complex multiple concurrent pathogenic factors,among which oxidative stress and inflammation play important roles.Multiple data have indicated that haem oxygenase-1(HO-1)and its degradation products products possess the functions of anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,anti-apoptosis and pro-angiogenesis,which now becomes a new target for the treatment of DPN.We will briefly review the progression on the research of HO-1and DPN.
