煤炭产业发展循环经济非常有必要性。本文试探煤炭产业循环经济的发展模式,从产业层面、社会层面以及区域(行政区划)层面进行设计。依据不同实际,提出发展煤炭产业发展循环经济的对策建议,从而不断推动我国煤炭产业循环经济的健康发展。

The development of circular economy of coal industry is very necessary. This artical tries to discuss the development mode of the circular economy of the coal industry from the industry level, the so- cial level and regional level design （administrative division）.
