SWOT Analysis and Countermeasure to the Mongolian-teaching College Students' Employment Obtaining

当前对蒙古语授课大学生就业问题缺乏客观理性的分析,多数研究过于强调其就业的劣势与挑战,而忽略了自身的优势与机会。本文通过SWOT分析法,对蒙古语授课大学生就业机遇与挑战、优势与劣势进行了具体分析,并将不同因素进行匹配分析,得出相应的促进策略。

The current study of employment of Mongolian-teaching college students lacks objective and rational analysis. Most of the studies emphasized on the weakness and threats of Mongolian-teaching col- lege Students＇ employment, while ignoring the strength and opportunity of their own. This paper deals with the SWOT analysis, on the basis of the status of Mongolian-teaching college students, putting forth some relevant countermeasures of how to improve the level of Mongolian-teaching college students＇ em- ployment.
