复方丹参滴丸联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病的尝试与疗效观察

The Rehabilitation Effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸对冠心病患者的康复作用。方法将188例冠心病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用阿司匹林进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方丹参滴丸,治疗2个月后比较临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组心血管不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血液流变学指标均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降更明显(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血脂水平指标显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸对冠心病患者的治疗效果显著,有助于促进患者康复。

OBJECTIVE To explore the rehabilitation effect of compound danshen dripping in the treatment of coronary heart diseasein community. METHODS 188 cases of coronary heart disease in community were divided into control group（n=94） and observationgroup（n=94）. The control group received aspirin, and the observation group were received compound danshen dripping on the basisof control group. After 2 month, the effect of two groups were analyzed. RESULTS The total effective rate of observation group washigher than the control group（91.49% VS 76.60%, P〈0.05）, the major adverse cardiac events of observation group was lower thanthe control group（3.19%VS14.89%, P〈0.05）. All the hemorheological parameters were significantly improved in observation group（P〈0.05）. The blood lipid level of observation group was significantly improved（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The treatment effect of com-pound danshen dripping is significantly, and it is helpful to promote rehabilitation.
