摘要
运用渐近及重采样的方法分析银行一线员工的396份有效调查数据,研究挑战型工作压力和妨害型工作压力、员工情绪状态(积极、消极)与员工创造力之间的关系。研究发现,挑战型工作压力可以通过积极情绪和消极情绪作用于员工创造力,而妨害型工作压力仅能通过积极情绪的完全中介影响员工创造力。
In this paper, re-sampling method was adopted and 396 valid samples were used to empirically test the relationship among challenge stressors, hindrance stressors, employee mood (positive and negative), and employee creativity. This research finds that the two dimensions of mood mediated the effects of challenge stressors on employee creativity, while only positive moods mediated the effects of hindrance stressors on employee creativity.
