摘要
构建服务型制造模式下IT能力、服务创新绩效、组织学习及服务化战略的理论分析框架,采用结构方程模型对理论假设进行实证分析,研究发现:IT能力正向影响制造企业服务创新绩效;组织学习在IT能力与服务创新绩效的关系中发挥着部分中介作用;服务化战略在IT能力与组织学习以及与服务创新绩效的关系中发挥着调节作用。本研究对于制造企业采用合适的服务化战略和提高制造企业的服务创新绩效有所裨益。
This paper constructs the theoretical analysis framework of relationships among IT capability, service innovation performance, organizational learning and service--oriented strategy. The SEM was adopted to carry out empirical analysis of the theoretical assumption,the results show that there exists significantly positive relationships between IT capability and service innovation performance,organizational learning as a mediating variable between IT capability and service innovation performance,while service-- oriented strategy models positively regulate relationships among IT capability, organizational learning and service innovation performance. The research is beneficial for manufacturing enterprises to adopt suitable service--oriented strategy and promoting service innovation performance.
