摘要 通过对玻纤增强复合材料及涂覆不同疏水涂层的复合材料样品覆冰特性进行研究,发现相同尺寸的复合材料样品的覆冰量低于钢材和铝材样品的覆冰量,且复合材料样品垂直放置时的覆冰量明显低于水平放置时的覆冰量;喷涂PRTV涂料的复合材料样品的冰面粘附力约为纯铝样品的17%。融冰闪络试验表明:涂覆涂料的复合材料样品的冰闪电压均高于空白样品的冰闪电压。 The icing performance of glass fiber reinforced composite materials coated with different hydrophobic coating was studied. The research indicated that the ice cover on the composite material samples was less than that on the steel and aluminum samples with the same size, and the ice cover of vertical suspension composite samples was obviously less than that of horizontal suspension samples. The ice adhesion of composite material samples sprayed with PRTV coating was 17% of the ice adhesion of pure aluminum. The melting ice flashover tests showed that the flashover voltage of composite material samples coated with hydrophobic coating was higher than that of the blank sample.
