摘要
为控制水分和分解产物的含量,以GIS为代表的SF6绝缘类电力设备中通常会放置一定量的吸附剂。选用硅胶、4A分子筛、5A分子筛、F-03分子筛、KDHF-03分子筛等五种常用的吸附剂,对其性能进行比较,并分别研究其对SF6电晕放电条件下几种典型分解产物(SO2、SO2F2、S2OF10)吸附效果的影响。结果表明:添加吸附剂后,SF6典型分解产物的含量存在不同程度的下降,几种吸附剂的吸附性能存在较大的差异,除硅胶外,四种分子筛都对SO2表现出了较好的吸附效果;硅胶和4A分子筛对SO2F2的吸附效果不理想,其吸附率都不超过20%;5A、F-03、KDHF-03三种分子筛则对SO2F2具有良好的吸附性能,其中KDHF-03分子筛的性能最好。添加KDHF-03分子筛后,仅能检测到SO2F2一种分解产物,且其含量曲线在6 h后达到吸附平衡。
A certain amount of adsorbents were put in SF6 insulated equipment represented by GIS to control the contents of moisture and decomposition products. Five common adsorbents including silica gel and four molecular sieves(4A, 5A, F-03, KDHF-03) were selected to comparative study their performance,and the effect of five adsorbents on the absorption efficiency to some typical decomposition products(SO2, SO2F2, S2OF10) were studied respectively under SF6 corona discharge condition. The results show that the contents of typical decomposition products decrease to some extent after adding adsorbents. The five adsorbents have great difference on adsorptive property. Four molecular sieves show excellent adsorption efficiency to SO2 besides silica gel. The adsorptive property of silica gel and 4A molecular sieve to SO2F2 is not ideal, and its adsorption rate is less than 20%. 5A, F-03, and KDHF-03 molecular sieve show good adsorptive property to SO2F2, and the KDHF-03 molecular sieve has the best performance.Only SO2F2 can be detected after adding KDHF-03, and its content curve could reach absorption equilibrium after 6 h.
