无缝钢管是一种重要的经济钢材。限动芯棒连轧管机的应用,克服了芯棒长度和重量的限制,改善了钢管质量,使生产出的钢管直径和长度都显著地增加。通过对某生产线连轧管机芯棒限动系统设备结构、轧制工艺等的描述,介绍了其特点和应用;并对其电气传动控制系统的设计和应用,尤其是对基于S120变频装置的一主三从控制系统的结构配置、控制任务的实现等,进行了详细的介绍。
Seamless pipe is an important economic steel. The application of retained mandrel pipe mill, overcomes the limitation of weight and length, improve the quality of pipe, and make the diameter and length increased effectively. By the description of retained mandrel system equipment structure, and the rolling process, introduced the application and characteristic. And described the design and application of the electric drive control system, especially the configuration and solution of control task by the typical 1 master-3 slave control systems base on S120 inverter in detail.
