摘要
静电喷涂技术是一项新型技术,近年来在国内外发展迅速,已广泛应用于各种工业领域。利用静电喷雾技术开发的静电涂油机是集机械、液压、电气、高压静电、计算机控制于一体的高科技产品。简述了静电涂油机电气控制系统的设计,在控制算法上采用模糊控制理论的先进控制策略,然后根据静电涂油机控制系统的非线性和不确定性因素,建立了参数自整定的推理规则,设计了静电涂油机控制系统的模糊控制器。现场应用表明,该控制系统的模糊控制器具有较快的动态响应速度,该系统可以自动适应现场的生产要求。
Electrostatic coating technology is the new technology at home and abroad in recent years developed rapidly, has been widely applied to various industrial fields. Electrostatic oiler develop by using electrostatic spraying technology is a mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, high voltage electrostatic, computer control in one of the high-tech products. Described the design of electrical control system of electrostatic oiler, used the advanced control strategy of fuzzy control in the control algorithm, and then based on the nonlinear and uncertainties of electrostatic oiler control system, established the inference rules of parameter self-adjusting, designed a fuzzy controller of the electrostatic oiler electrical system. The field application turns out to be this fuzzy controller of the control system has a faster dynamic response speed. The system can automatically adapt to the requirements of production site.
