摘要
在同向双螺杆挤出机中,研究了聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐(PE-g-MAH)和有机蒙脱土(OMMT)两种相容剂对聚酰胺6/低密度聚乙烯(PA6/LDPE)共混体系力学性能、吸水率和熔体质量流动速率的影响,优选出相容剂后运用正交实验方法研究了配方对PA6/LDPE共混体系力学性能和吸水率的影响。研究表明,在实验条件下,使用PE-gMAH改性后的聚合物韧性更好,且更适合成型,同时得到了共混体系性能较优的配方。
Effects of two compatilizers including polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride (PE-g-MAH) and organic montmorillonite (OMMT) on the mechanical property, water absorption ratio and melt flow rate of polyamide 6/low-density polyethylene (PA6/LDPE) blends in co-rotating twin screw extruder were studied. After optimizing the compatilizer, the influence of formulas on the mechanical propertyand water absorption ratio of PA6/LDPE blends was studied using orthogonal experiment method. The polymer modified by PE-g-MAH had the better toughness and was more suitable for molding process. The formula with optimal performance of the blend was obtained.
