摘要
通过自行设计的浸渍模具,采用熔融浸渍工艺,制备了连续玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料预浸料,并考察了加工温度、浸渍辊数、停留时间等工艺参数对预浸料孔隙率及复合过程中纤维断裂的影响,并利用正交实验软件对实验结果进行分析,得到孔隙率和断裂率的传递函数,为工业化生产提供了理论基础。
Using the self-designed mold and by melt impregnating process, the continuous glass fiber reinforced polypropylene prepreg was prepared, and the effect of process variables such as roving pulling speed, melt temperature and number of pins on the porosity of prepreg and fiber fracture was studied. The results were analyzed by the orthogonal experiment software, and transfer functions for the porosity of the prepreg and fiber fracture rate were established, providing a theoretical basis for the industrial production.
