摘要
主要研究了实际生产中基于成本与质量综合考虑的一款LED二次配光反光杯模具设计,用UG和Auto CAD设计了整款模具以及根据实际注塑中产生的问题对模具进行了改良,对实际生产出的产品采用远方GO1900L灯具配光测试系统进行测试与软件模拟效果进行对比,验证了整个模具设计的可行性。
Based on the cost and quality in the real production, the mold design of a secondary optics LED reflector cup was studied. UG and AutoCAD were used to design the whole mold which was modified according to the problem of the process of injection. The actual production was tested by the testing system of the lamp of Everfine GO1900L. The test compared with software simulation results and the feasibility of the design of the whole mole was verified.
