摘要
研究了热成型条件下聚醚醚酮(PEEK)材料的力学行为。通过不同温度和应变率下的单轴拉伸实验所获得的实验数据,建立了PEEK材料的Johnson-Cook模型。利用ABAQUS显式动态分析理论,分析模拟了PEEK在高温下的力学行为。从模拟结果中可以发现,选择的Johnson-Cook模型在玻璃化转变温度至熔点这个温度区间中能较好地描述PEEK材料的力学行为,模拟结果与实验结果较为接近。通过研究为PEEK材料的热成型模拟提供了一种新的思路。
The mechanical behaviors of poly (ether-ether-ketone) (PEEK) under the thermoforming condition were studied. With the experiment data obtained by the uniaxial tensile test at different temperatures and strain rates, the Johnson-Cook model for PEEK material was built. The explicit dynamic analysis theory of ABAQUS was used to analyse and simulate the high temperature mechanical behaviors of PEEK. From the simulation results, the Johnson-Cook model could describe the mechanical behaviors of PEEK at the temperature range from the glass transition temperature to the melting point very well, and the results of simulation were very close to the experiment results. The study provided a new way to the high temperature forming simulation of PEEK.
