提高轿车后保险杠PP料再生率的研究

摘要 提高聚丙烯(PP)料的再生率可以有效地降低轿车后保险杠的注塑成型成本。通过对影响轿车后保险杠PP料再生率的因素的分析,提出了提高粉碎机效率、改进模具结构以及消除金属粉异常等提升轿车后保险杠PP料再生率的具体措施。使用结果表明,用这些措施指导实际生产,达到了提高轿车后保险杠PP料再生率的目的,降低了注塑成本。 The the regeneration rate cost of injection molding of a car's rear bumper could be effectively reduced by enhancing of polypropylene (PP) materials. By analyzing the factors that affected the regeneration rate of PP materials for the rear bumper, several concrete measures were put forward, such as increasing the grinder's efficiency, improving the structure of injection mould and eliminating the abnormity of metal powders, etc. The practical results showed that these measures could guide the practical production to achieve the purpose of enhancing the regeneration rate of PPs material for a car's rear bumper, and the cost of injection molding was reduced.
