溴代丁基橡胶的结构控制及其力学性能研究 被引量:24

摘要 丁基橡胶(IIR)溴化反应过程中生成的溴代仲位烯丙基结构易发生重排反应,转成结构稳定的溴代伯位烯丙基结构。通过溶液法制备IIR胶液直接生产溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR),对溴化反应过程中BIIR微观结构的影响因素进行了研究。利用核磁共振(1 H-NMR)对BIIR的结构进行了分析,计算出了BIIR中3种微观结构的相对含量。并对制备的BIIR的力学性能进行了研究,结果表明,BIIR硫化胶的扯断伸长率和撕裂强度较高,其它各项性能与国外同类产品性能相当。 The brominated secondary allylic structure is tion of brominated butyl rubber,it turns into structural stabi pro lity ne to rearrangement during the reac- of primary allylic structure. The bro- minated butyl rubber was prepared by the direct brominated of solution butyl rubber glue. The factors that influence the BIIR microstructure during bromide reaction process were studied. The BIIR struc- ture was analyzed by using nuclear magnetic resonance(1 H-NMR),the relative amounts of the three microstructures of BIIR were calculated. The mechanical properties of the prepared BIIR were also in vestigated,the study results indicated that the elongation and tear strength of vulcanized BIIR are high,the other properties and performance of prepared BIIR are quite similar foreign products.
