摘要
简要地论述了在乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)生产过程中,丁二烯及苯乙烯单体配比、相对分子质量调节剂用量、聚合转化率以及乳化剂质量对产品300%定伸应力的影响。结果表明,在产品指标控制范围内,其硫化胶的300%(25min)定伸应力随着结合苯乙烯含量的增加而稍有增大,随着聚合过程中相对分子质量调节剂用量增加而下降。同时实验表明,聚合过程中使用的乳化剂质量,对产品的300%(25min)定伸应力具有重要影响。
This paper briefly discussed the effects of butadiene and styrene monomer ratio, molecu- lar weight modifier dosage, polymerization conversion rate and emulsifier dosage on the stress of 300 elongation with vulcanization time as 25 min during the production process of emulsion styrene butadi- ene rubber(ESBR). The results showed that the stress of 300% elongation increased slightly with the increase of styrene content and decreased with the increase of dosageage of molecular weight modifier. The experiments also showed that the dosage of emulsifier has a significant effect on the stress of 300% elongation with vulcanization time as 25 min.
