抗氧剂KY-616在顺丁橡胶中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 对甲基苯酚-双环戊二烯-异丁基化树脂(KY-616)是一种新型大分子多酚抗氧剂,具有高活性、低挥发性和优良的耐迁移性等特点。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)对KY-616的结构进行了表征,并研究了其对顺丁橡胶(BR)的硫化特性、力学性能和耐热氧老化性能的影响。结果表明,抗氧剂KY-616具有防止焦烧和改善胶料加工性能的作用;随着抗氧剂KY-616用量的增加,BR硫化胶的力学性能和耐热氧老化性能提高,氧化诱导时间(OIT)先增大后趋于不变。 The butylated reaction product of p-cresol and dicyclopentadiene(KY-616) is a novel polyphenol antioxidant with a high molecular weight, which has the characteristics of high antioxi- dantive activity, low volatility and excellent migration resistance. In this study, KY-616 was character- ized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). The effects of KY-616 on the cure character- istics, mechanical properties and thermo-oxidative aging resistance were investigated. The results showed that KY-616 could prevent scorching and improve the processing performance of the BR com- pound. With the increase of the KY-616 amount,the mechanical properties and thermo-oxidative aging resistance of BR vulcanizates increased, the oxidation induction time (OIT) increased first and then kept unchangeable.
