摘要
研究了利用过氧乙酸将异戊橡胶分子链上的部分双键氧化成环氧基团的反应条件。在不同反应条件下异戊橡胶的环氧化程度不同,从而导致橡胶极性的变化,影响橡胶的性能。分别改变环氧化反应的温度、反应时间和pH值,并对所得产物通过红外光谱、核磁共振(1 H-NMR)及差示扫描量热分析(DSC)进行了表征和分析。
This paper studied the reaction conditions that the double bond of isoprene rubber chain was partially oxidized to epoxy groups by peracetic acid. In different reaction conditions,the epoxidized isoprene rubber with different epoxidation levels could be obtained which lead to the change in polarity of the rubber,and it will effect the rubber performance. Change the reaction temperature,time and pH value respectively,then the analysis and characterization of the modifier were studied by the aid of in- frared spectrum,1 H-NMR and DSC.
