摘要
通过烟田黄板不同悬挂高度和密度对比试验,研究了其诱杀烟蚜及防治烟草病毒病的效果,结果表明:不同黄板悬挂高度和密度对诱蚜量和病毒病防效有显著差异,黄板悬挂高度高于烟株10~15 cm的诱杀效果最好,日均单张单面黄板诱蚜量为159.22头/d,30 d虫口减退率为77.94%,病毒病防效为66.03%,黄板悬挂密度为450张/hm2、600张/hm2的日均诱蚜总量、30 d的虫口减退率和病毒病防效均大于300张/hm2,但2个处理间差异不显著(P〈0.01)。因此,烟草生产中利用黄板诱蚜时建议悬挂高度高于烟株10~15 cm、悬挂密度450张/hm2,以达到防治烟蚜、降低成本并减少对农事操作影响的目的。
The comparative tests for different hanging heights and densities of yellow board in tobacco fields were conducted to study their impacts on controlling tobacco aphid and tobacco virus disease. The results showed that the yellow board at different hang- ing heights and densities had significantly different control effects on tobacco aphid and virus disease. When the hanging height of yellow board was 10-15 cm above tobacco plants, the trapping effect on tobacco aphid was the best, the number of trapped aphids per side of one yellow board per day was 159.22 heads, the aphid population decline rate after 30 days, and the control effect on to- bacco virus disease were 77.94% and 66.03%, respectively, The daily average number of trapped aphids, the aphid population de- cline rate after 30 days, and the control effect on virus disease were not significantly different between the treatments of hanging den- sity 450 board/hmZand 600 board/hm2, but they were all higher than those in the treatment of hanging density 300 board/hm2( P〈0. 01 ). Therefore, when yellow board was used to trap aphids in the production of tobacco, its proper hanging height was 10- 15 cm a- bove tobacco plants, and its proper hanging density was 450 board/hm2.
