一种DC-DC变换器软开关特性的研究

摘要 首先确定了软开关应用于变换器的拓扑结构,并对软开关的工作模态进行了分析,利用三角形法研究了软开关的损耗特性,对比分析了软开关减少开关损耗的效果。MOSFET作为DC-DC变换器的开关器件,仿真结果与试验结果均实现了其软开关的效果,验证了理论分析的有效性。 Firstly,the topology of soft-switching converter was designed in this paper,and its operational modes were studied then soft switched loss characteristic was analysized through triangle method,comparing the soft-switching effect of reducing switching loss. The DC-DC converter with MOSFET as a switched device,both simulation and experiment results were in good agreement with its soft switched result. That verified the validity of the theoretical analysis.
