摘要 设计一种适应整体自装卸越野汽车自装卸要求的200 k W发电方舱,解决方舱医院在野外应急医学救援过程中的电力保障问题。依据方舱医院的系统总体要求,论证发电方舱装卸方式;结合方舱舱体结构和内空间尺寸,进行发电机组的匹配选型研究;在此基础上,开展发电方舱内部布局、隔振降噪和低温启动设计。研制出一种伴随方舱医院进行电力保障的整体自装卸发电方舱,额定输出功率200 k W,最大噪声71.5 d B(A),最低工作温度-41℃。该发电方舱满足设计指标要求,实现方舱医院电力的自我保障。 Design a 200 k W electric power shelter that fits the special requirements of an off-road vehicle with self-loading / unloading device in order to resolve the electric supply problem of the shelter hospital that occurs during the emergency medical rescue. The loading and unloading manner of the electric power shelter was expatiated based on the overall requirements of the shelter hospital system. The model of generator set was selected by considering the module's structure and the interior space size. Then,on the foundation of the research result,the internal layout and thevibration absorption and noise cancellation system was designed,and a solution of the low-temperature start was provided. An auto-loading electric power shelterfor the field module hospitalwas developed. The output power of it is 200 k W,the operating noise is 71. 5d B,and the minimum operating temperature is-41℃. Experimental results showed that,meeting the requirements of design index,the electric power shelter can ensure the electric supplies of the shelter hospital.
