自我管理能力既是当代大学生必备的能力之一,也是高校人才培养要达到的目标之一。培养大学生自我管理能力是高校贯彻党的教育方针,实施素质教育的必然要求,是当今社会发展对人才培养提出的要求,是高等教育发展的客观需要,也是大学生全面发展的必然需求。培养大学生自我管理能力是可行的,多学科的相关理论是思想基础,大学生在生理、心理和社会性方面的成熟是前提条件,高校管理者管理理念和管理模式的转变是重要条件。

Self-management ability is not only one of the essential ability of college students,but also one of the talents training goals of colleges.Cultivating college students＇ self-management ability is the necessity of implementing the Party＇s education policy and quality education,one of the request of social development for talents training,the objective requirement of the development of higher education,and the need of the college students＇ all-round development.Cultivating college students＇ self-management ability is feasible.Multidisciplinary related theory is the ideological basis,and the mature of college students in physical,psychological and social aspects is the premise condition.Meanwhile,college administrators＇ management concept and change of management mode are important conditions.
