法律诊所教学模式是一种较好的培养法律职业人才的新型教学方法。近年来,我国部分高校在法学本科教育中运用法律诊所教学模式,起到了促进法律职业教育的积极作用。应从经费、案源、师资、学生地位等方面继续完善法律诊所教学模式,使其在我国的法学本科教育中发挥更大的作用。

The clinical legal education is a new good teaching mode in cultivating the professional persons of law.In recent years,according to the main trend for the reformation of the undergraduate course of law,some universities and colleges use the clinical legal education to strength the professional education.we shall make the improvement of the legal clinic teaching mode in the aspects of funds,source of cases,teachers and the status of students thus to made the teaching mode play a more important role in the practicalness of law education.
