摘要
随着高等教育大众化进程的不断加速,我国日益重视应用型创新人才的培养。在明确应用型创新人才及其软实力涵义的基础上,分析了构建应用型创新人才软实力评价指标体系的必要性,依据评价指标体系的构建原则及流程,运用因子分析法进行指标筛选,构建了包括4个一级指标和22个二级指标的评价指标体系。该体系能够广泛应用于人才培养的研究与实践中,为应用型创新人才软实力评价提供了客观依据,更为人才培养质量的科学测量奠定了基础。
Along with the popularization of higher education, more and more attention has been paid to the cultivation of the applied innovative talents. On the basis of understanding the specific meaning of applied innovative talents and the soft power, the paper analyze the necessity of building applied innovative talents evaluation index system of soft power. Considering the principles and processes of evaluation index system, construct an evaluation index system including four level indicators and 22 secondary indexes using factor analysis index selection. This system can be widely used in the practice of talent training, which provides the objective basis to evaluate innovative personnel of soft power and lay a solid foundation of talent cultivation quality for more scientific measurement.
