Jane Austen, a great British novelist, through her intellectual women＇s unique perspective, has subverted men＇s sensible and generous perfect images, and men ＇ s absolute and authoritative leader status in some traditional works. Her novels create a batch of superficial, selfish, cowardly, incompetent and irresponsible real male characters, which has deconstructed male images in traditional literary works.
