摘要
本文通过对固定挡铁和活动挡铁配合装夹方法的研究及实践,提出解决细长形状且型面复杂的模具加工时的装夹方案。通过控制变形,优化装夹步骤,提高数控加工效率,从而缩短工装制造周期,提升工装制造质量。
Through the research and practice of cooperate clamping method of fixed location iron and mobile location iron, this paper puts forward a clamping scheme to solve thin-long and complex surface mould manufac-turing. By controlling deformation and optimizing the step of clamping, the scheme can improve efficiency in CNC to save the manufacturing cycle and improve the mould quality.
