Research on the Path and Strategy for Upgrading Innovation Driven Photovoltaic Industry from the Perspective of GVC

实施创新驱动战略是光伏产业发展升级的必然选择。本文从全球价值链微观视角对创新驱动光伏产业升级的机理进行了深入研究,结合GVC思路把创新驱动形式分为上游驱动、中游驱动和下游驱动,针对创新驱动三阶段如何促进产业升级的机理进行了系统的讨论。依据上述原理,结合光伏产业的实际情况,从价值链升级的层面提出创新驱动光伏产业升级的实现途径以及相关对策建议。

The implementation of innovation driven strategy is the inevitable choice for the development of photovoltaic industry. The article thoroughly researches the mechanism of upgrading the innovation driven photo-voltaic industry from the perspective of Global Value Chain, by combining with the ideas of GVC to divide the in-novation driven into upstream, middle stream and downstream driver. The paper systematically discusses how the three stages of innovation driven promote industrial upgrading. Based on above principles and combined with the actual situation of photovoltaic industry, the paper puts forward a feasible path and relevant countermeasures.
