摘要
针对属性值和权重均为语言真值直觉模糊对的多属性决策问题,文章提出一种基于直觉模糊格和证据理论的群决策方法:对专家给出的每个方案的属性值和属性权重进行证据合成,根据十元语言真值直觉模糊对LI10格对证据合成结果进行排序,通过案例验证了所提出方法的有效性和合理性。首次用语言值直觉模糊对代替数值进行证据合成和群决策,解决了人的自然语言在转化成数值的过程中会出现信息缺失等问题。
Aiming at the problem of multiple attribute decision-making, in which the attribute values and weights are given in terms of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers of language value, an approach to group decision making based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets and evidence theory was proposed in this article. Attribute values and weights which were given by experts were combined by using the rule of evidence combination. The ranking of alternatives was gained by ten-element linguistic truth-valued intuitionistic fuzzy LIlo. Finally, an example was studied and the results showed a good effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method. It replaced data with the linguistic value of intuitionistic fuzzy to solve evidence synthesis and group decision, and solved the problem of lack of information in the process of transforming human natural language into number.
