对舞蹈训练“科学性”的再思考 被引量:2

Rethinking on “Scientific” Dance Training

摘要 在舞蹈教学训练中,舞者要掌握与舞蹈相关的人体运动知识,在遵循身体生长、运动规律的前提下,开发、塑造、运用并展示身体;在科学的指导下,适时地安排放松练习,让身体得到恢复,避免因长期疲劳而造成的损伤。此外,教师还要善于运用身心学、心理学的知识,对学生进行科学的身心引导,使其身心得到全面和谐的发展。舞蹈科学训练不能只是纸上谈兵,而要积极主动地将其运用于实际教学,如此才能真正提高舞蹈教学的人才培养效果。 In the dance training and teaching process,dancers should master the scientific knowledge of human movement and cultivate their bodies on the basis of following physical regulations. Dancers should relax their bodies timely under the guidance of science. In addition,somatic and psychology should be applied by teachers in order to help students to maintain a full and healthy development. Scientific dance training should be applied into real practice spontaneously instead of being confined to theories. Only in this way,could dance education benefit from scientific dance training.
